Dig's
The Delaware Mine Site has become a valuable research and teaching tool for those studying Archeology and the history of Copper Mining in the U.P. The site has been used by Michigan Technological University's Summer Field School since 2023. The Field School has given students first hand experience in Surveying, mapping and public education to name a few. Explore the past dig's and stay informed about upcoming ventures.
